Life happens and we understand that sometimes it gets the best of us. The doctors and staff at Affordable Pet Care just wanted to go over our “No Show,” same-day cancellation/reschedule policy:
After your first missed appointment Our staff will call to ensure you and your pet are all right and to reschedule your appointment. We will still honor our free wellness exam, along with a free heartworm test when a years supply of heartworm prevention is purchased.
After your second missed appointment We will no longer honor the complimentary exam at your next appointment. You will also miss out on a free heartworm test when a years supply of heartworm prevention is purchased as well.
***But NO WORRIES!! You will continue to receive the complimentary exams after your appointment without a complimentary exam.***
Cancellation/Rescheduling of an Appointment Please be courteous to other patients and call our office if you are unable to show up for an appointment. This time will be reallocated to another patient who is in need of treatment. If it is necessary to cancel/reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us notice at least ONE BUSINESS DAY in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow another patient access to timely veterinary care. When a client shows up after their appointment time and we are not able to see them, this is also counted as a reschedule/missed appointment.
